B&K Kwik Meringue Powder - 3M2515 (1 case / 14lb)
Directions: Add 1 ½ lbs to 1-quart warm water (variable). Stir with a whip until dissolved. Whip on medium speed for 2 minutes, then on high speed to desired lightness. Best not to over whip. Place on pies and brown at 385°F for approximately 5 minutes* *Instructions only intended as a guide.
