Standard Prep: Place frozen cinnamon rolls on parchment lined full sheet pan. Thaw (covered) in cooler overnight, then proof in proof box at 70-95% humidity and 95-100 degrees F until dough doubles in size. Bake time 8-12 minutes in 300 degrees F convection oven.
